Class Description & Schedules
Learn all about cream centers. You will be making several different cream centers, and a basic truffle recipe. You will learn how to make molded shells and hand dipping chocolates. Class includes one mold and a paint brush for you to keep. This is a hands on class. Everyone participates and you take home the chocolates you made. Class fee is $75.00 and limited to 15 people.
Learn how to make turtles, coconut candy bars, haystacks, nut clusters and more. Class includes one mold. This is a hands on class. Everyone participates and you take home the chocolates you made. Class fee is $75.00 and limited to 15 people.
This is beginning class. Chocolate basics will be discussed. Learn how to melt chocolate, work with fondant, colors and flavorings. Class is half demonstration and hands on. Everyone will go home with chocolates. Class fee will include one mold and a paintbrush. Class fee is $40.00 and limited to 15 people.
Truffle Tree
You will make a centerpiece out of truffles. Wow your guests with this incredible edible masterpiece for your next special event. You will be making several different flavored truffles and go home with a completed truffle tree.
Class fee is $85.00 and limited to 15 people.
A Day of Chocolate
You will be on your own to use all of our molds to make a variety of chocolates. We will will there to assist you with any questions. We we give you some gift giving ideas. Best of all, you can make all you gifts for your friends and family before Christmas. All chocolate supplies, decorator boxes and trims will be available for purchase at a 25% discount to class members only. Any outside chocolate supplies brought to class will require advance approval.
Class fee is $75.00 and limited to 10 people.
This is a fun and creative class. It takes chocolate to the next level. Learn how to make chocolate boxes, bows from chocolate, working with acetate transfer sheets and edible gold leaf. Make a rose from chocolate clay and dusting with Luster dust. Class is half demonstration and hands on. Class fee will include one acetate transfer sheets to take home for practice. Class fee is $75.00 and limited to 12 people.
Liquers & Cordials
You will be making brandied cherries hand dipped in chocolate, sour apple pucker and caramel liquer centers, Irish Cream centers, Chombard liquers and many more. These make great gifts for the holidays.You will go home with an assortment of what chocolates made in class. Class fee is $75.00 and limited to 15 people.
